CERIMONIAL SQUARE - LISBOA
Structural design of a canopy covering the Ceremonial Square adjacent to the Portugal's Pavillion, housing official events, in Parque das Nações.

The canopy structure is a 20 centimetre thick parabolic light weight concrete shell measuring in plan approximately 65 meter by 50 meter and hanging from steel prestressed cables.

CRUISE TERMINAL- LISBON
Rehabilitation and Reinforcement project of Lisbon’s cruise port between Santa Apolónia and the Navy pier, to allow the docking of higher tonnage ships, over 300m long.

The project involved creating a new structure over 1000m long and reaching a 55m width, consisting of a concrete slab supported by pre-cast concrete beams founded on concrete piles.

AGUALVA TUNNEL- CACÉM
Structural design of tunnel under a railway and urban road, with the particularity of having to be built without the interruption in train traffic.

The ensuing solution consisted of concrete box jacking.

ANTAS INFRASTRUCTURES - OPORTO
Structural design of 4 urban tunnels extending over 1000m, part of the Antas development project, adjacent to the F.C. Porto stadium.

ROCHINA TUNNEL – PONTE DA BARCA/ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ
Strucural design for cut-and-over tunnel integrated in the new EN101 motorway between Ponte da Barca and Arcos de Valdevez in the North of Portugal

Strcutural design for an open-air amphitheatre with a capacity for 2500 spectators and adjacent facilities, including stage box, in Setúbal.

CLIFF CONSOLIDATION– FUNCHAL
Structural and geotechnical consolidation of 50m tall cliffs adjacent to Madeira's International Airport in Fuchal.

WIND FARM TOWERS- VILA DO BISPO
Structural design of support structures for the towers in a windmill farm located at Vila do Bispo in the Algarve, with a generation capacity of 11MW, using Tomen Electric wind turbines.

WEATHER RADAR TOWERS - PORTUGAL
Structural design and special foundations project for radar towers and adjacent building across Portugal, namely Coruche and Serra do Caldeirão, for the Portuguese Water Institute.
